How to you manage the data broadcast (advertised) by an iBeacon?
iBeacon hardware:
- iBeacons are preconfigured from the manufacturer (supplier) with firmware data that defines what the Beacon advertises (transmits) when powered such values as:
- UUID
- Major
- Minor
- standard power settings,
- standard descriptions, etc.

The manufacturers supply applications to manage this information. Â
