If i make a change in the BPS data, and publish - is there anything else I need to?
Yes!
You will need to exit the BlindSquare app and restart. This will cause BlindSquare to compare the update "counter" it stores on your device to the "counter" on the BPS cloud service. If the counter on the BPS cloud service is greater, the new dataset will be downloaded automatically.

Once the data is downloaded to the device it is available for use immediately, even when off-line.
